Virtual/Online spin class tomorrow, Wednesday, Aug 4th! 12:30-1:15 PM EST. I am working to see if this can be recorded and you can attend at a later time that is more convenient for you. But, if you can join live, just sign up on my webpage, www.garageworx21.com. All fitness levels welcome. It can always be tailored on your own bike :-) Good 5-10 min warm up followed by some elevated intervals (some quick, some a little longer), then about a 5 min cool down. See ya there!
