We will be holding a club-wide crossbar challenge tomorrow evening to help raise money and awareness during Breast Cancer Awareness month!

Here is how it works:

πŸ’– Players donate $1 per crossbar challenge attempt
πŸ’– Go crazy when someone hits the crossbar and show out to support each other
πŸ’– Turn the Rave into a sea of pink. Wear as much PINK as you can!!

Donations are open until the end of this month. If you would like to donate towards a very important cause, you can do so via the link in our bio, or through the link below.

Nerves before a big at-bat or a penalty kick. The voice in your head after a strikeout or a giveaway in your own half. The pressure you put on yourself that nobody else asked for. Every athlete knows these moments, and you don't have to figure them out alone.
Join Dr. Gary as he breaks down what's actually happening in your head when the game gets big, and gives you real things to do about it. We'll also talk honestly about asking for help, because it takes more strength than pretending you're fine.
