The future hasn’t happened yet, and the past has already gone by. With the first Sutra from Yoga Sutras of Patanjali we’re reminded that our practice is happening in this current moment - “now”.
Do your best to let go of what is behind you, and to not hold on to any worries or anxieties from your future self. And remember that you can always begin again.
Learn Ujjayi Breath with Sarina.
You may also hear this referred to as Ocean Breath, or Victorious Breath; this breathing practice, or pranayama, is a powerful way to stay focused during your movement practice. Ujjayi Breath helps to build heat in your body which allows you to move more safely into deeper stretches, the audible inhales and exhales also allows for an active way to release stress from your body.

WHAT BROUGHT YOU INTO YOGA, AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TEACHING?
My yoga journey started 16 years ago with a gift from my children. I fell in love with it and continued practicing to improve my surfing skills.
I have been teaching yoga since 2019. I am passionate about the connection between body and mind, the spiritual practice, and the physical discipline of the asana.

Over time I learned that yoga is not just a workout - it is a way of living. It is a spiritual path, a lifestyle that asks: “How are you showing up in your life?”
It is not about perfect postures, but about what happens after.

Welcome to nature’s yoga studio. Calm seas, sweeping skies and the sun’s warmth infuse this practice as you learn a grounding series of yoga poses tailored for paddleboards. Melt away the weekly stresses in one session and feel a deep sense of gratitude for all nature gives back to us in peace of mind.
SUP Yoga classes provide board overview, paddle stroke skills to paddle to the anchor site, and a 50 minute SUP yoga class guided by Certified SUP Yoga instructors. We provide instruction on how to be stable in every pose.
