🌟 Calling all local businesses! We're hosting a fundraising event and need your support. Can your business contribute items or gift certificates for our silent auction? Your generosity will make a huge impact!
Don't have a business but know someone who does?!
🏷️ Tag a local business that you'd love to see support our cause! We're on a mission to gather items and gift certificates for our fundraising event. Your tag could bring a smile and contribute to positive change. Tag away!
Every act of generosity helps us further our mission of serving and supporting the neurological community through exercise, education and support!
Your donation will help The ENFWC continue to offer a variety of specialized exercise classes, educational programs, and support groups. In addition to operational expenses, the more opportunities we can offer those in the neurological community to improve their quality of life and slow progression of the disease, the more impactful our mission becomes. We couldn't continue our goal without your support.
Words cannot express how grateful we are for your support!

Are you ready to start your journey?
Nearly everyone with Parkinson’s disease can participate and receive benefit from Rock Steady Boxing. An intake evaluation process is conducted prior to the first class to determine the recommended class level. Some participants will require a caregiver partner to assist in each session. Individuals of all ages are benefiting from RSB’s program. We strongly encourage you to also discuss RSB participation with your physician prior to your first workout.
This is an observational study of Rock Steady Boxing training in six participants. After 12 weeks of training there were measurable improvements in gait, balance, and quality of life. It's fall prevention week and we are adding ✌️new programs in October!
Falls are the leading cause of nonfatal injuries among older adults and the number of falls have been rising every year. Experiencing a fall can lead to hip fractures, head inury, or worse.
🍂Our strength and balance program is an 8-week program that will incorporate evidence-based exercises focusing on strengthening the core and limbs to improve overall balance, posture and mobility. This leads to increase in body awareness, avoid injuries and reinforce proper body movements!
🦯🦯 Our Intro to Poling classes will introduce you to basics of adding poles to your walking routine. Regular walking mainly uses the lower body muscles, but adding the poles adds a whole new element incorporating upper body, back and core muscles. Come see how these poles not only add to your walking routine, but all of the amazing benefits that come along with it! And it is a workout you can take anywhere!
**Certain restrictions apply. Please reach out to us for more information!**
