What a week! ❤️
As we close out our last night of camp, we’re feeling incredibly grateful for the amazing young people who made this week so special. We laughed, learned, made memories, encouraged one another, and watched these kids grow in confidence and community throughout the week.
Our memory verse this week was Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…” What a great reminder for all of us,not just during camp, but in everything we do. 🙏❤️
To every camper: thank you for bringing your energy, your smiles, and your hearts. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see what’s ahead!

Night 4 of Volleyball Camp! 🏐💙
Another great night at camp! Our campers continued working hard on their serving and then got to have some fun putting those skills to work in a scrimmage. It’s been so much fun watching their confidence grow!
Tonight we also talked about Joshua 1:9 and God’s reminder to “be strong and courageous.” With school starting soon, the kids shared a mix of excitement and nervousness about the new school year. What a great reminder that even when we’re facing something new or scary, we can be strong and courageous because God is with us!
We’re so proud of this group and the way they are learning, encouraging each other, and having fun together! 🏐❤️🙏
⛺ Night 3 of Camp! ⛺
Tonight’s skill focus was serving, and these kids are absolutely amazing! ❤️ They are not only listening to the devotions, but truly taking them to heart and putting them into practice.
Tonight we saw kids encouraging one another, cheering each other on, and celebrating each other’s wins! 🙌 What a joy it is to watch them grow in faith and learn what it looks like to serve and love others.
So incredibly proud of ALL of them! 💕 God is doing something special in these kids, and we can’t wait to see what He continues to do! ✨
We wanted to share a quick update regarding our 2nd–5th Grade Volleyball League!
Registration has been extended through Thursday, August 6 at midnight to allow a few more players to join. We have had a great response, and we'd love to welcome a few more athletes before finalizing our teams. https://registration.upward.org/UPW90895
We're also looking for a few additional volunteer coaches for this age group. If you've ever considered coaching, this is a wonderful opportunity to encourage kids, teach the fundamentals of volleyball, and help them grow in confidence and character. Wednesday evening availability is preferred, as that's when our practices are held.
No previous coaching experience is required—we'll provide the resources and support you need to be successful!

And that's a wrap! 🎬
We finished up our 4️⃣th Winter Upward season! 🎉 This season we studied the three virtues, LOVE, GENTLENESS, and FORGIVENESS, focusing around love. The love and devotion to God from of our families, players, and volunteers is truly visible! 💕
We are so proud of the players this season, and SUPER grateful for all the volunteers. We had 126 players, over 20 volunteers, and 300+ out to celebrate today for our end of the season party! Thank you for our families for investing in our league!
Amy and Ray, there are no words for how you are making our league soar! 🦅 Your passion for Jesus and volleyball is infectious! We can't wait to see how God moves through you and Upward to spread His love! ✝️💕
