- I grew up in Chester, VA
- I can’t live without the Cherry Frost Replenish. It’s so refreshing after a spicy camp.
- Outside of the gym I am currently a SAHM. I am also a Registered Nurse so when I am working, you can find me in the OR.
- In my free time I enjoy spending time at the beach or doing anything outside with my family. I love to read, binge watch anything on Bravo and I’ve recently started getting into needle point 🙃
- I have three wild and gorgeous girls (Grier, Bret and Sloan) with my husband Chris and we have a very very old pup, Charlie girl
- I think the biggest reason I love Burn is the community. As a military spouse, we move around a lot and Burn has given me such a strong community to lean on while we’ve been here. I’ve created friendships that will last a lifetime, and my kids have as well. I also love showing my kids how important it is to workout and stay healthy. I will forever be grateful to Burn for what it has given me the past couple years and working in ChildWatch has been so fun. I’m already so sad to leave (totally not crying while writing this) and I can’t thank the trainers, BAs and CW crew for being so fantastic and always bringing the fun vibes to every workout ❤️

You will see these exercises each week. Week 1 will be 15 reps , each week you will decrease your rep count. As the reps decrease, the goal is to increase your weight and challenge yourself as you progress!

You will see this week 1 and week 4 , this is about progress . You will record your reps week 1 to see how far you have come by the end of the month!
