I will EARN my time here … through my HARD WORK & my ACTIONS 😤

It took my 32 years to figure out WHAT I WAS MADE TO DO🙌🏼 This pic says it all…. This was taken backstage by the NPC and it truly shows how genuinely in love I am with the sport of bodybuilding ❤️ Being on stage under those lights is what I was made to do and what brings me so much joy 😁❤️ Blessed that I am able to do this 🙏🏼

The best part about being slept on….. is the moment they all realize they fuxked up by counting you out 🤘🏽 I have been discounted and told I CANT my whole life…. The minute I realized that was BS was the day my life changed‼️ And I’m just getting warmed up😤

I like to show my body in all season…I don’t just show my body in prep! I like to show my off season body too because as women we have to learn to love our bodies in all seasons❤️I love my ass off in EVERY season 🤘🏽 Plus…. Who doesn’t love their curves in the off season 💁🏼‍♀️

Real talk 🗣 If you knew how many times I doubted myself… cried in my truck alone wondering how it would all come together… felt like I physically couldn’t push anymore… YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND HOW PROUD THIS MOMENT MADE ME‼️ I never share the s**t parts of prep because of 3 reasons: 1. I choose to do this 2. There is no crying in baseball and I’m not a whinner 4. Nobody cares just work harder🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 But it doesn’t mean those tough times don’t exist… I am like everyone else and I have those weak moments but I CHOOSE to not let them break me or change my plan…. I got goals and dreams and THEY ARE BIG⭕️ so I’m just gunna keep pushin and put my head down and work😤😤

If hard work pays off… then easy work is worthless 😤 Full steam ahead 🤘🏽

This is OFF SZN…. Couple weeks post show and the grind is the same… we got goals in 2023 😤🙌🏼

It took a hell of a lot to get me here…. And I WONT BE SLOWING DOWN ANYTIME SOON😤🌐 My work habit isn’t a habit…. I do this s**t on purpose 💪🏽😤

Last year at Universe placing 5th (1st national show)➡️ This year at JR Nats placing 1st & earning my Pro Card🙌🏼 Loosing is so important and I’m blessed I did because It lit a fire inside me that burned brighter than anything‼️ I would have fumbled that win last year…. Not this year…. I earned that title and I plan to make it stand for something and honor it😤💪🏽

🙌🏼 I couldn’t do all that I do without her…. She is my rock and my best friend👯‍♀️ She motivates me to be a better person and mom every day🖤

Fall down 9 times…. GET UP 10🙌🏼 NOTHING can keep a MF’er like me down🤘🏽 Let’s work😤😤

I have been trying to come up with words for all the feelings I have from the the moment they said “Welcome to the League”🥇
1. I wanna THANK GOD for the ability to wake up every day and do what I love🙏🏼
2. My coach for being right by my side this whole process! There was not one moment I felt stressed or nervous because I knew he had my back! 🙏🏼 and my amazing posing coach for making my posing so polished 🙌🏼
3. My teammate and her beautiful family for being there for me during the process and gosh we had a ton of fun! ❤️
4. My clients for supporting me and always accommodating me and my needs during 🙏🏼
5. My suit maker 👙 and beautiful makeup 💄 by
6. The NPC for putting on an amazing show and what a beautiful venue.
7. All of you who watch amd send me so much love ❤️ y’all motivate me daily 🙏🏼
