The butterfly effect is the idea that
something small can create a much bigger outcome over time.
I used to think that would feel obvious when it was happening.
Like I’d KNOW something was changing.
But most of the time… it just feels like a normal day.
Nothing special.
Nothing dramatic.
Just a series of small choices that don’t seem that important in the moment.
Choosing how you spend your morning.
What you eat.
Whether you move your body or not.
How you show up for yourself when no one else is around.
It’s easy to overlook those moments
because they don’t feel powerful.
But they add up.
And after a while, you start to notice something shift.
Not just in what you’re doing… but in who you are.
The things that used to take effort
start to feel natural.
Your habits become your lifestyle.
Your lifestyle becomes your identity.
That’s the butterfly effect in real life.
Quiet.
Unnoticed at first.
But always moving things in a direction.
So if you feel like nothing is changing yet,
it doesn’t mean it’s not working.
It might just mean you’re still in the part
where it’s all adding up.
This is the foundation of how I coach. We are building habits that actually stick and evolve with you over time.
Recovery doesn’t always look like foam rolling and stretching.
The body CRAVES natural stimulation.
Walking barefoot on rocks activates the small stabilizing muscles in your feet and ankles while stimulating nerve endings connected throughout the body.
This can help:
• improve blood flow
• reduce muscle stiffness
• activate underused muscles
• support nervous system regulation
Your feet contain thousands of nerve endings that communicate with the rest of your body.
When you walk barefoot on natural terrain like stones, sand, or grass, you're essentially giving your body a full sensory reset.
This is why practices like grounding and reflexology have existed for centuries.
Just take your shoes off and reconnect with the earth.
🌿
Some days I felt anxious for no reason.
Other days my body just felt… off.
I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding
until I started experimenting with 17 ways to calm, reset, and reconnect. 🌿
Here’s what helped me:
1. Gentle morning stretches to wake up my body
2. Short breathwork sessions when stress hit
3. Mindful walking outdoors
4. Drinking more water and staying hydrated
5. Listening to calming music
6. Journaling my thoughts and feelings
7. Practicing gratitude daily
8. Moving my body in ways that feel good, not forced
9. Limiting social media when it felt overwhelming
10. Taking mini breaks to notice my surroundings
11. Spending time with supportive people
12. Gentle yoga or mobility flows
13. Mindful eating and savoring my meals
14. Listening to guided meditations
15. Keeping a consistent sleep schedule
16. Engaging in creative outlets (drawing, music, cooking)
17. Saying “no” to things that drained my energy
These weren’t huge life changes overnight
they were small
consistent ways to tell my nervous system it was safe to relax. 💛
If your mind or body feels off, try weaving in a few of these practices
you might be surprised how quickly you start feeling grounded, calm, and more like yourself. ✨

✨Client Spotlight✨
Meet Stephen and Arlene — two powerhouses proving what consistency and the right training can do. 💪
🥊 Stephen has made massive progress in his kickboxing — improving his footwork, placement, and flow with every combo. He’s now working on fun advanced moves like a jumping front kick and spinning elbows! Watching his confidence grow has been incredible.
🔥 Arlene is getting stronger by the day. When we first started, things like ab rollouts, planks, or cardio felt nearly impossible. Now she’s holding advanced planks for 60 seconds (she started at 30!) and crushing movements that once felt out of reach.
I’m so proud of both of them and love them both dearly — and I want you to know this:
👉 Anyone can achieve this level of growth with the right guidance, consistency, and belief in themselves.
If you’re ready to become your strongest, most confident self — let’s work together.

You don’t need a pharmacy to feel better — you need a fridge. 🥦✨
My client was overwhelmed by the number of supplements she was taking every day. So we created a cheat sheet to help her replace (or reduce) her pill intake by turning to real, whole foods that naturally support her body.
Because guess what?
🧠 Your brain, hormones, and nervous system don’t just want pills — they crave nourishment.
🌿 And your food can be medicine… when you know what to eat.
Here’s a mini peek at the guide we created — save this if you want to start building your nutrition around what your body actually needs.
📩 DM me “CHEATSHEET” if you want a personalized version of this for yourself — with real food swaps that actually fit your goals.

What if changing just one life was enough to shift an entire future? 💭
Only one kid showed up… and it was exactly who needed to be there. 💛
We planned for seven. We showed up ready.
And in foster care, sometimes things don’t go as planned.
But that didn’t stop us.
For two hours, this young girl laughed, learned, moved her body, and opened up. She couldn’t wait for me to share it all with her guardian.
She’s already excited for the next one.
So no—it wasn’t a “big crowd.” But it was a big impact.
And the energy our volunteers brought? Unmatched.
We made a difference. And this is only the beginning. 🔥
Thank you to every soul who showed up and helped plant the seed. 🌱
We’re building something special. Stay tuned.

Set-Up Sunday: Your Anchor Word 🧘♀️
At ACM Fitness, we don’t just meal prep or plan workouts — we set intentions that align mind, body, and spirit.
Each Sunday, I invite you to choose a “word of the week” — a theme or anchor that guides how you show up.
Examples: Discipline. Grace. Power. Consistency. Play. Focus.
What word are you choosing this week? And what will that look like in practice?
Drop yours in the comments — let’s start the week with alignment 🌿👇
