Showing up is literally half the battle. Holidays, life and this time of year can be crazy busy. If you keep yourself into some type of routine..even if you can’t do a full workout..even if you can’t stay the full time..even if you can’t workout at all just keeping that appointment and showing up at that scheduled time will benefit you towards progress more than you know. It’s mind-set. Mind-set is half the battle.

Pretty nice resume with incredible experiences. Created the business LLC. in 2021.
And finally, I did it. Years of figuring out what I wanted this studio to look like fundamentally. The business model. Honing in on my niche. The national certifications and re-certs. IMPORTANTLY- figuring out what wanted and did not want to be.
It took; passion, drive, commitment, relationships, trust and goals.

It always feels refreshing to brainstorm on personal growth, self-evaluate and set new goals/ways to improve. That being said, Trainers and Coaches must set goals too. We get so busy helping others that sometimes, more often than not, we put ourselves second.
Below are six goals that I will work on through the fall.
1. Read at least one new book monthly.
2. Yoga 3 times-week 10min before bed.
3. Back running in the morning before clients (instead of midday on my "break").
4.Quiet time without phone or tech ONE HOUR every night (yes, 7 days/week).
5. Walk/jog at Oceanfront 1-2 times month
6. Meet two new individuals a week. Work or non- work related.
