Long days by the pool are part of summer fun, but staying safe in the heat is just as important as staying safe in the water. 💦

Before heading outside, remember to:
💧 Stay hydrated
🧴 Apply and reapply sunscreen
👕 Wear light-colored, breathable clothing
⛱️ Take breaks in the shade when needed

Warmer weather means more time by the pool, at the beach, and on the water with family and friends ☀️🌊

As we kick off the start of summer, it’s the perfect reminder that water safety should always come first. From wearing life jackets to assigning a dedicated “water watcher,” small steps can make a big difference in keeping everyone safe around the water.

Swim lessons are one of the most important layers of water safety, helping children build confidence and life-saving skills that last a lifetime. At Tide Swim School, our mission is to help swimmers of all ages feel safer, stronger, and more confident in the water. 🏊‍♀️💙
