NAS oceana is the home of the Man O Wars. We are a competitive VBSL swim team who welcomes ages 4-18.
We are a swim team who provides a great opportunity for kids of all swimming abilities to learn competitive swim, enjoy the summer, meet new friends and get regular exercise. Our regular swim season starts the end of May and concludes in the end of July.

Good afternoon, Oceana families,
We just found out that the pool temperature is in the mid-70s, which is pretty chilly. We will offer only two practices today for anyone who would still like to get in the water. Just be aware that it will be cold!
11 & Older: 5:30 PM
10 & Under: 6:15 PM
