NAS oceana is the home of the Man O Wars. We are a competitive VBSL swim team who welcomes ages 4-18.
We are a swim team who provides a great opportunity for kids of all swimming abilities to learn competitive swim, enjoy the summer, meet new friends and get regular exercise. Our regular swim season starts the end of May and concludes in the end of July.

📣 Just a reminder: new swimmer evaluations are tomorrow May 26th, from 5:30–7:00 PM. Parents, you may bring swimmers anytime during those hours! We are so excited to meet all of our new families!!!! 🪼
