We are a family of instructors and students from many different backgrounds. Our goal at SGVB is to share the wonderful mind/body benefits and overall JOY that dancing can give. We had such a great time at our Groove & Glow event!! Everyone looked great and did not disappoint with their Halloween themed dishes for the after party!! Thank you to everyone who came & celebrated our favorite class with us!!

We are soooo excited to offer another Broadway workshop this Saturday🤩 @6:00pm!! This time we will conquer choreography from 4 different Broadway musicals!! There will be lots of laughs, props, and photo ops so don’t miss it!! Sign up in ClassFit, there are only a few spots left!!

We are so proud to say it’s been 2 years since we branched out on our own & became Smooth Grooves VB. In that short time we have offered 5 Workshops, 4 Social outings supporting local small businesses, 8 specialty classes, 1 performance, and added a new class to our schedule! We are so excited to launch our new logo on this 2 year anniversary!! Shirts ($24) and keychains ($5) are available for purchase @ the studio!! Get your SGVB gear & help our amazing dance family continue to grow!!

At Smooth Grooves VB we always have something to celebrate! Last week we celebrated friendships, engagements, and birthdays! This week we celebrate FOUR classes on the schedule! Our Deja Grooves Sunday class is our newest addition & gives students the opportunity to conquer the choreography twice a month!
