What a weekend in Richmond! TIDE wrapped up four days of racing at Virginia Swimming LC Senior Champs with some great swims, time drops, finals appearances, and plenty of teammates cheering each other on.

🌊 VBLA Open Water Mile Swim 🌊

Great job to our Tide swimmers who competed at the VBLA Open Water Mile Swim at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront on June 21st!

Tide had an incredible showing, placing 7 of the Top 10 males and 6 of the Top 10 females overall. What an awesome display of toughness, endurance, and racing spirit in the open water!

A special shoutout to Teagan Guheen, who won the 14 & Under Girls division as a 12-year-old! 👏
