We started Long Course off with a bang! 💥

Our swimmers came out strong at Tide Shockwave • TAC Titans Spring Fling, earning first-time cuts and team records, racing fast, and setting the tone for an exciting Long Course season ahead. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Hard work is paying off, and we’re just getting started!

Our developmental swimmers made Mini Meet #5 a huge success! 💙

From big smiles and loud cheering to fun races and great swims, it was an awesome day of learning, growth, and team spirit.

We love seeing our younger swimmers gain confidence, support one another, and have so much fun in the process!

What a weekend in Cary! From long days of prelims and finals to incredible racing and nonstop team energy, our Tide swimmers showed what it means to compete with heart.

Fast swimming, strong performances, and outstanding team spirit made for a successful weekend at the TAC Titans Spring Fling.

We’re proud of the way our swimmers supported one another, stayed focused through the long days, and stepped up when it mattered most.

What a special afternoon celebrating the swimmers who exemplify Achievement, Character, and Excellence—the values that define the Tide A.C.E. Awards.

Set against the incredible backdrop of the Military Aviation Museum, the event was a wonderful opportunity to recognize the hard work, leadership, sportsmanship, and dedication of our swimmers.

A special thank you to our guest speakers, Samantha Tadder and Drew Crockett, for sharing your time, insight, and inspiration with our Tide families.

And of course, congratulations to all of our award winners! Your commitment in and out of the pool continues to make Tide proud. 🌊💙
