One of the best parts of partner dancing is that no two dancers look exactly alike.

Whether you’re learning your first basic or you’ve been dancing for years, you can add your own personality and style. Play with your arms, change up your styling, or simply bring a little more you to the movement.

You don’t need fancy moves to have flair… even the basics can have your signature on them! 💃🕺

Missed a few classes… then a few more… and suddenly it feels like you’ve been away forever? 😅

The longer you’re gone, the harder that first night back can feel. You wonder if you’ll remember anything, who will be there, or if it’ll feel the same.

Here’s your tip: don’t overthink the comeback. Just show up. ❤️

Take a class. Dance a few songs. Say hi to an old dance friend. Laugh when you forget something you definitely used to know.t

You don’t have to pick up exactly where you left off. Sometimes the best part of coming back is simply remembering why you loved dancing in the first place. 💃🕺
