You’ll learn practical skills for real-world situations, including:
• How to break free from an unexpected grab
• How to prevent an attacker from moving or abducting you
• How to escape when an attacker has you pinned
• Situational awareness, boundary setting, and recognizing danger before it escalates
Absolutely no experience is needed. All abilities are welcome, and everything will be taught in a supportive, encouraging environment.

NEW PINK BELT!
We want to congratulate Emma on earning her pink belt! When she was awarded her pink belt last month, she was the youngest pink belt to ever come through our gym. She trains with her mom, and they are a dynamic duo. Emma has continued to be on our mat helping newer students welcoming women into the fold.

Cynthia received a Valentines Day stripe! 💕
