A power packed week of coaching in first aid, water safety, team building, CPR and rescue techniques

In Junior Lifeguard Camp they will learn many of the skills our lifeguards use on a daily basis through coaching in first aid, water safety, team building, CPR and water rescues. Some of the skills and activities include:
• How to do water rescues and how to properly perform compact jumps to enter the water safely.
