Made a new friend today. We lost a couple, landed a couple, nothing to brag about but still a few nice Reds around. Heading down to Nags Head tomorrow for the annual Surf Fishing Tournament. The picture doesn’t do justice to how big Brian’s Shark was!

Canx today for winds but tomorrow is still looking good for Drum Walk-on. Got room for 1 or 2 more if interested. Leaving at 7:00.

Tuesday looks like it might be a good day for a Drum Walk-on trip. It would be $150/person, max of 4 so everybody gets a decent chance, leaving at 7:00. Let me know if you're interested.

Congrats Warren on taking the lead in the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament yesterday with his 10 lb 1 oz Flounder!

The Drum cooperated yesterday, the Flounder and Tog did not. I’m hoping to squeeze in a couple of Drum walk-ons and will post details if I can.

Back on the water with no luck on the Pups today, but the Big Girls were biting! Doing Charters & Walk-ons for the big Drum the next couple of weeks while they’re here.

What a joy to take a day off from driving the boat and fish with Craig Paige, always a good time and none better to find the Flounder. Got a beautiful 8 lb 3 oz one yesterday.

Set a boat record today at 6 1/2”, beating the previous record of 6 3/4” set last week! But found some bigger ones as well. Had better luck at the 1st & 2nd than past the 4th today.

Flounder continue to outpace previous years, the Spanish continue to disappoint at the bridge, and the kids just wanna have fun!!
