We’re still catching up on these posts for the FUN MILESTONE CELEBRATIONS we’ve already had!!! 👀 Here’s to another one of our POWER HOUSES … our girl Katina Cairnes ❤️❤️❤️

TWO HUNDRED FIFTY CLASSES TAUGHT!!! Let that sink in for a minute!

Katina’s journey to this milestone is one we LOVE. She started as a RIDER who fell in love with the ride, but life pulled her away from us to the West Coast for a time.

And when she found her way BACK to us? We knew it was time for this girl to graduate from the stands and onto the STAGE! 🎤

And boy, are we glad we did! Katina brings the FIRE … from her poppin’ playlists to that fun energy she brings to every single ride, our days start brighter because of her! She’s our HIP-SHAKING QUEEN … who still needs to teach us her moves 😂😘 … this girl is a ROCKSTAR!

2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ CLASSES TAUGHT, KATINA!!!
HERE’S TO 250 MORE! We love you, girl! ❤️

Saturdays are for SWEAT… and celebrating the BIG milestones! 🎉🎉🎉And Sammy… we’re still smiling about this one… weeks later!

Because this guy didn’t just CONQUER a BEAST of a milestone — 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ RIDES — he chose to do it on HIS BIRTHDAY! 🎉🎂

While most of the world takes their birthday off, sleeps in, eats cake and maybe does absolutely NOTHING… Sammy had a different plan. He PLANNED his rides so that he could HIT THIS BIGGIE on his special day.

He chose to WORK.
He chose to SWEAT.
He chose to celebrate with US.

And Sammy, we couldn’t be more honored. ❤️

You are a true center-of-the-room STAPLE here at CBRM, and your presence is FELT. From that smile that greets us when you walk through the front door to that steady, grounded energy you bring into the room every single time.

You are the kind of person who makes this place feel like HOME. And that, my friend, is exactly what makes this community so dang special. 💙

5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ rides. ON YOUR BIRTHDAY.
Pretty sure there’s no better way to celebrate either one.

Sammy, we LOVE celebrating YOU.
Here’s to the next chapter, the next challenge, the next sweat… and hopefully a LOT more birthdays spent right here with your CBRM crew.

HAPPY 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣, SAMMY! YOU ARE THE REAL DEAL. 🚲🔥

MICHELE — 2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ RIDES!!! 🎉🎉🎉 🎶 This is how we do it! 🎶

We swear it feels like we were JUST celebrating 100 with you… and somehow here we are at 2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣!

What we love most isn’t just that you found the next challenge and conquered it. It’s that you didn’t stop there.

You KEEP showing up.
You KEEP choosing yourself.
You KEEP putting in the work — even after the excitement of the milestone wears off.

That kind of consistency and dedication is what 2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ rides is really about. Annnndddd that’s the unstoppable spirit we’re made of here at CBRM!

One ride. Then another. Then another. Until one day you look up and realize you’ve built something pretty incredible.

Michele, we are SO proud of you and so lucky to have you as part of this crew. From bike 12 to bike 6… because sometimes you just have to move a little closer to the action! We know it’s not about the number — it’s about finding your sweet spot. And Michele, that front row looks GOOD on you!🤪

Here’s to 2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣… and ALL the challenges you decide to chase next! Keep showing up… we’ll keep counting. ❤️ Let’s gooooooo!

1️⃣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ RIDES, MISSIE. 🤯❤️

Some people ride. Some people become part of what makes this place what it is. And Missie? She’s the EXAMPLE.

She sets the tone for her family, and somehow that love of the ride has spread through the whole fam. Because of her, they ride. They show up. They challenge each other. They make memories here. And that is the kind of impact that goes WAY beyond a number on a milestone board.

And if you know Missie, you also know she’s not just riding…she’s creating. 😂

She’s the mastermind behind our 757 Ride milestone (because obviously 750 wasn’t quite personal enough 😉) AND she’s already been behind the scenes naming our October challenge (stay tuned this is dropping soon 👀).

1️⃣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ rides is HUGE, but honestly, Missie, it’s the person you are, the family you’ve created here, and the energy you bring with you every single time you walk through our doors that we’re celebrating most.

We love you. We love your crew. We love your creativity. And we are SO lucky you’re ours.

1️⃣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ looks pretty darn good on you.

Keep setting the tone. We’ll keep riding right alongside you. ❤️

CycleBar brings cycling and strength training together in one workout.

You get the cardio and rhythm of the ride, paired with strength work, conditioning, and the energy that comes from moving in sync with a room full of people all working towards their own personal goals, together.

Challenging without being intimidating.
High-intensity without the impact.
Motivating without the judgment.

It’s a place to belong. To ride on your terms. To leave fuller than you arrived.

It’s indoor cycling, strengthened. And it’s worth it, every time.

10 YEARS! ❤️✨

Big shoutout to ⚡️CYCLEBAR MIDTOWN CLT⚡️ and the entire team for 10 incredible years of building a community that keeps people coming back, year after year.

From day-one riders to new faces, big milestones to everyday rides, you’ve created something really special that goes way beyond the bike.

We’re so proud to have you as part of the CycleBar family. Cheers to 10 years and many more to come!

What song will they choose?

There’s still time to Pass the Aux! Invite a friend to CycleBar and they’ll get to choose the song for their very first ride.

Plus, you could win a $500 Ticketmaster Gift Card just for passing the aux 👀👀

There are still weeks left to get in on it.

Who are you bringing to the bike?

09/03/2026

No matter your genre, we’ve got your playlist. And your bike.

ROCK your ride.

08/31/2026

“We don’t just throw songs into a playlist and call it a day.

I’m really thinking about the whole ride when I’m putting it together. Like, when do you need me to push you? When do you need to take a breath? When do you just need a song that makes you feel really good? The music kind of takes you through the whole thing.”

- Jules Peckinpah ❤️✨
