In Thai tradition, students honor the teachers who shaped them. It’s a day to recognize the people who pass this art down.

IMPACT is part of the World Thai Boxing Association, a lineage that traces back to Ajarn Chai Sirisute, the first person to teach Muay Thai in the United States in 1968. Every class we teach carries that line forward.

Take a moment tomorrow to thank the teachers who built your foundation, on the mat and off it.

At some point, you stop chasing the next workout trend. You want something you’ll still be doing years from now.

This room is full of people who found it. Nobody needs a phone reminder to show up. Class night is just part of their week.

There’s no finish line here. You just keep getting sharper.

Keep sharp. Stay disciplined.

Every drill in FMA carries a piece of the Philippines with it.

The strikes have Filipino names, and you learn them the same way the art was passed down. Even the salute to your partner before you train has roots in the islands.

Train the art. Train the culture.

Keep sharp. Stay disciplined.

Every kid on this mat started right here, with a coach tying on their first white belt.

White belt is the best place to start. Nobody expects your child to know anything yet. Their only job is to show up and listen.

The first belt gets tied for them. A few classes later, they’re tying it themselves.

Keep sharp. Stay disciplined. 🥋

A few nights a week on the mat adds up fast. You get stronger, and you end up around people who expect to see you there.

Years from now, you’ll be glad you started when you did.

Keep sharp. Stay disciplined.

For some people, this stops being a class and becomes part of how they live.

Everything becomes training no matter where you are. Footwork drills happen in the kitchen while the coffee brews. Picking up any item and using it for training.

FMA fits in any part of life. You can train it for decades, and there’s always something new to work on.
