Your Athlete Doesn’t Need More Exercises. They Need A Better System.

A balanced full body workout should develop strength through every movement pattern. Hip Dominant, Knee Dominant, Horizontal & Vertical Push/Pull.

Build the complete athletes.

A coach should always study the sport FIRST.

Watch how athletes move on the court, identify the patterns, then build the weight room program backwards from the game.

The weight room should do more than build strength. It should teach coordination, groove movement patterns, and develop skills that transfer to the court.

Every rep is an opportunity to teach an athlete how to move, control their body, and produce force in positions they’ll actually use.

That’s how you build a stronger, more coordinated basketball player.

It starts with the game. Not the weight room.

Want to be faster and more explosive this season?

Your muscles work like a rubber band. They stretch, then snap back to create power. This is called the Stretch-Shortening Cycle.

Parents and players: Stop guessing with random workouts. Build strength and speed with a proven system.

Single leg overhead med ball throws teach you to hinge, load the hip, and explode through ankle, knee, and hip.

Every player needs to find ways to train this pattern. This is an example of a dynamic effort single leg exercise that transfers to the field.

The offseason is where college commits and draft picks are made.

Every player has the dream

the varsity jersey, the college offer, the next level.

But the players who get there don’t just want it more.

They prepare better when nobody’s watching.

You’ve driven to every tournament and sat through every rain delay.

Your athlete has the talent.

Now they need a plan that builds the strength, speed, and durability that scouts and coaches notice.

That’s why I built my Offseason Baseball Program:

More velocity on the mound and more exit velo at the plate

A faster first step and quicker bat speed

A body built to hold up for a full season

A structured plan, not guesswork

Your athlete will show up to spring as a different player.

Stronger. Faster. Ready.

The next level doesn’t wait, and neither should you.

If your dream is to play college baseball, players and parents need to understand this.

One of the most overlooked areas in baseball training is the anterior oblique sling.

It’s the connection between your hip and opposite shoulder that helps transfer force through your body.

Every time you swing or throw, you rely on this connection to transfer power from the ground up.

Split-stance training helps strengthen that connection while building stability and control.

If you’re serious about playing at the next level, start training your body to work as one system.

Want to play college baseball? Strength and power need to work together.

Strength builds the foundation. Power teaches you to use that strength explosively on the field.

I’ve spent years developing athletes at the high school, NCAA Division I, and professional levels. The goal is always the same: build strength that transfers to performance.

If college baseball is your goal, your training needs a system to get you there.
