To be named all region, athletes need to have a top 5 mark amongst the Atlantic Region. The Atlantic Region is comprised of 3 conferences(PSAC, MEC, & CIAA).

Jada Cole is heading to nationals!

Jada qualified in high jump and is ranked 4th going into nationals!

Nationals are in Emporia, Kansas with women’s high jump taking place on May 23rd!

Mackenzie Huston took 3rd in the 400m hurdles!

Michaela Mitchell took 3rd in the heptathlon!

Jada Cole is the PSAC Conference Runner-Up!

Jada jumped 1.73m to place second. Jada is currently sitting 5th in the nation and will be competing at nationals!

Shea McCusker is the PSAC Conference Runner-Up!

Shea dropped a 58 second last lap to run a 6 second personal best and place 2nd in the 1500 as a true freshman!

Katie Slimon is the PSAC Conference Champion!

Katie won the 3,000m steeplechase by 14 seconds!
