Compression boots use rhythmic compression to help support circulation and recovery after training — and they’re the perfect excuse to sit back and relax for a few.

When should you use them?
After a tough workout, on a recovery day, or anytime your legs are feeling tired from training.

How?
Slip them on, choose a comfortable pressure setting, and let the boots do their thing while you recover.

We’re continuing to grow in Alabama! ✨

We’re thrilled to announce that Onelife Fitness has acquired two of the best clubs in Alabama - Phaze 3 Fitness Madison and Phaze 3 Fitness Huntsville/Jones Valley! We are excited to become part of the incredible community at these two clubs.

This brings our Alabama footprint to 5 clubs, including our nearby Birmingham locations open or on the way – McCalla, Lee Branch and Hoover!

We are genuinely excited to be part of the community! The best is yet to come!
