IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 6pm with Panther😻: SITTIN' SEXY: This chair dance class focuses on sharpening your choreography skills, as well as learning a sexy routine that you can take home and share with someone special! Leggings are always best for chairs. Yoga mat or knee pads. Barefoot, or have your heels handy.

- 7:15pm with Panther😻: HOT SEAT: This chair dancing class is a mix of grace, choreography, stamina, and strength training, along with a basic intro to chair acrobatics. Find countless ways to use a chair and floor for looking sexy and getting fit, while learning how to put different moves together to improve your freestyle chair dance skills! Leggings are always best for chairs. Yoga mat. Barefoot, socks with grip pads, or have your heels handy.

- 8:30pm with Panther😻: OH SPLIT!: This class is designed to get you limber and increase your flexibility with the goal of getting into the splits in all three directions. Flexibility is so important for women, especially because it can help protect us from injury as we age. Yoga mat and resistance band. Barefoot or socks.

IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 6pm with Genie🧞‍♀️: POLE CONTROL: An all-level workout-based Pole class. Build endurance and tolerance for poles with this strength training and conditioning workout. Shorts, barefoot or socks; Yoga Mat.

- 7:15pm with Genie🧞‍♀️: POLE PLAY: This is Open Pole Practice with an Instructor present for guidance, support, and spotting. You should have taken at least a Poles Level 1 class so you have something to work on. Barefoot or heels; shorts and top; knee pads/knee sleeves optional.

- 8:30pm OPEN POLES: The Pole Room is open to anyone who wants to come in and play. PLEASE NOTE, there are NO Instructors supervising this class. Each student is responsible for practicing pole maneuvers within safe limits. (This is still a paid class with limited spots, so reservations are encouraged.). Barefoot or heels.

- 10am with Cherry🍒: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

- 11:15am with Cherry🍒: POLE FLOW: This Low-Flow class emphasizes smooth movements that melt from one to the next. Learn moves that can be used in choreography, while also exercising your grace, strength, and body control. Recommended: Students should have taken a few Poles Level 1 classes. SOCKS, KNEEPADS, and Heels are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

- 12:30pm with Cherry🍒: INTRO TO INVERSION: ***No inverting experience is necessary but INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL is REQUIRED. Students must have taken Poles 1 and Poles 2 classes before advancing to any Inversion class.** Are you ready to move on from Poles 2 to Inversion but are a little nervous or scared? No need to fear! Your Instructor will teach you to safely and confidently live life upside down. This class will feature beginner Inversion moves such as forearm stands and handstands, laybacks, basic inverts transitioning from Jasmine and Genie, as well as more advanced Poles 2 combos. Barefoot or heels; yoga mat.

IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 6pm: Panther😻: IT'S GETTING' HOT IN HEELS!: Feel strong and steady in this beginner-friendly heels class. We’ll build technique with posture and ankle stability work, practice walks, turns, and styling, then explore safe, grounded floorwork. Class ends with a short combo blending upright moves and smooth floor transitions. Attire: Shorts or fitted pants, and optional knee pads for floorwork; Stable dance heels with ankle support and comfortable height (1" - 4" recommended). *NOTE: These shoes are NOT the same as pole dance heels. See Instructor with any questions.*

- 7:15pm with Panther😻: VIDEO VAMP: Work out your inner Fly Girl while learning original dance choreography to a popular song -- this class will make you feel like you belong in a music video! KNEE PADS or knee sleeves/leg warmers are highly recommended; ankle-stable heels (like booties), barefoot, or tennis shoes.

Please arrive by 5 min. before class begins.❗️

- 6pm: Gemini♊: POLES 1.5 – LEVEL UP Your Foundation: Have you taken at least three Poles 1 classes and are ready for more? Poles 1.5 bridges the gap between beginner and intermediate, helping you refine spins, build one-handed strength, and train both sides for balance and control. You’ll condition your grip, core, and endurance while learning to link moves into smooth, creative flow. This class is all about leveling up your skill, strength, and confidence as you prepare for Poles 2. Barefoot or heels; shorts and a fitted top; knee pads recommended. Bring: your own yoga mat and pole grip, if needed.

- 7:15pm with Gemini♊: POLE SEDUCTION: This class teaches all the moves you need for smooth and sexy transitions around the pole, and from the pole to the floor and back again. This is a beginner-friendly class because seduction looks good on everyone! Barefoot or heels; knee pads/knee sleeves recommended.

- 7:15pm with Dani Darko🖤: POLE-OGRAPHY: (Open to Poles 1 level and above.) This class teaches you how to connect many of the pole spins, transitions, floor work, and sometimes pole tricks to create a cool, choreographed routine. Recommended: Students should have taken at least a few Poles Level 1 classes. Heels or barefoot; KNEEPADS are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

- 6pm with Siren🧜🏻‍♀️: INVERSION: This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to advance from Poles 2. Learn how to safely live life upside down as you learn hip-holds, leg hangs, shoulder mounts, forearm holds and much more. Yoga mat.

- 7:15pm with Siren🧜🏻‍♀️: POLES 2: This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to advance from Poles 1. This advanced beginner class will focus more on combination spins with moves you learned in Poles 1. You'll also learn advanced grip spins, a variety of climbs, sits, and poses. Barefoot or heels; yoga mat and/or kneepads optional.

- 8:30pm with Siren🧜🏻‍♀️: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

💲💲 REMINDER: Cancellation fees will apply whether or not the class is full. You must cancel via MindBody by 9am Monday thru Friday the day of your evening Pole or Fitness class, and by 9pm the night before any weekday Morning or Saturday class, or you will be charged a 25 fee. This applies to ALL Members and Non-Members. This allows girls on Waitlists the opportunity to attend in your place. Please alert us ASAP to cancel if you are feeling ill. Taking photos/videos during class is NOT allowed without permission of Instructor or Manager. Thank You!
