I am grateful to have 2 Wunda Chairs. This one is in my living space and I have been using it frequently to help me find my box, do some supported and gentle upper body openings, work on the spiral and alignment of my left femur, and just sit upright with ease and no tension
I did Estherâs Foundation Course for her method and use many of her concepts to help clients move more efficiently and make changes in their bodies alongside the Classical Pilates and GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS I teach. Always nice to have extra tools and different perspectives

Building pathways from feet to brain using the low straps on the Pulley Tower. Used 15 pounds and added sliders. So a little twist on the traditional set up for this exercise where the feet usually hover over the surface to do lower limb mobility and hip work.
My main goal was to really get a strong foot connection and for clients to feel their entire foot print while working, from the heel all the way to the toes and everything in between!
Things Iâm looking for:
1)Control of the slider and any uneven foot pressure that may allow the slider to move in a direction out from under the foot.
2.Simultaneous movement of the limbs
3.Symmetry- is the range and the movement the same with each leg?
4.Fluid and smooth movement of the lower limbs with easy, unjerky returns or starts.
5.Range of motion- are there any limitations in the ankle or hip rotators?
6.Pelvis and torso stability as the legs move in these different ways

Fantastic and flow type session for Margaret today!
There were some firsts today and she was able to take the challenge and move from exercise to exercise without large breaks.
