Whaaaat...ok you guys this one was tough. I have been slacking on my core work lately so I wanted a good challenge. I ran 1.5mi then did 3 rounds of these bad boys. I was struggggglin. In the best way possible!⁣

Let’s work our glutes today! I added a resistance band and weights to turn up the intensity, but you can do it without them too. ⁣

There are 3 rounds with 3 exercises per round. Aim for 12-15 reps per exercise (don’t forget to switch legs), and try to complete 3-4 times through. ⁣
