The Healing Loft offers hourly and daily rentals, with everything you need to create a meaningful experience—yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, folding chairs, and more. No problem! This month we’re taking our Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing event INSIDE the Whitehurst Buffington House!! We’re so excited to be back in this beloved, historic home and would love for you to join us!

25% of proceeds go back to the Whitehurst Buffington House Foundation. We’re grateful to the team for welcoming us back with open arms. It’s going to be a special one 🤍✨

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and we’re honored to be supporting Samaritan House again. 💜

We sincerely hope you’ll consider joining us on Thursday, October 15th for two opportunities to give back.

Every dollar from both classes goes to Samaritan House,
offering safety, shelter, and hope to neighbors
experiencing domestic and sexual violence,

Starting November 1, our hourly rental rates are going up for the first time since we opened.

What isn’t changing: everything that makes the space work 👏🏼

✨Thirty *free* minutes with EVERY rental
✨ Free use of ALL props and equipment
✨ Our new custom-built registration platform for your clients, saving you the work or managing sign ups and liability forms
✨Help spreading the word of your public event/class

Annnnd just all the other small things included that make hosting easier so you can focus solely on what it is you’re here to offer 🤍

PLUS, recurring tiers aren’t changing at all!! If you rent four or more times a month, you still enjoy your same discounted hourly rate ✨🙌🏼

Book at current rates through October 31. After that, the new ones kick in. 📅

October is here and the loft is full of new energy, new offerings and plenty of opportunities to drop in when it fits your schedule 🍂🧡

As for special events, we’re kicking off Whole Body Play Through Cuban Salsa with Ayden, a 12 week Rueda de Casino workshop starting THIS Thursday! We’ll close out the week with Pages and Pours, Chante’s junk journaling and mocktail night on Saturday evening.

We’re also excited to have Shannon with 2 new offerings for you this week 🕯️ And Cat is back Saturday morning for Zumba, so catch her while she’s here 🪩

Plus all your weekly recurring favorites on the schedule as usual🤍

October is here, and this month is a good one.
Special events are stacked, including a few that give back 🤍

✨ Thurs 10/15: Paint 757 Purple with Samaritan House. 100% of the proceeds from our standing Thursday 9am Slow Flow and 10:30am Chair Yoga classes will be donated.

✨ Sun 10/18: Restorative Yoga + Sound, taking a special trip to the historic Whitehurst Buffington House. Class will be held INSIDE the house, with 25% of the proceeds donated to the Whitehurst Buffington House Foundation. Only 10 spots, so reserve early!

Recurring classes are going strong, with new offerings added this month. And of course, class passes are the best way to get a better deal on your favorites 🦋

More events will be added throughout the month, so check our website or the Flamingo app for the most up to date schedule.

🎃October: costume flow, full moon circle, candlelit Halloween sound bath, pumpkin painting.

🍂November: Friendsgiving gratitude flow, Thanksgiving week sound bath, holiday card making, small business Q1 planning.

☃️December: ornament or wreath workshop, winter solstice breathwork, New Year’s Eve vision boards, holiday cookie exchange.

Public or private. An event you offer openly or a small private gathering for a few close friends. Whatever you’re thinking, we have the space for it. Dates are starting to fill up so be sure to lock it in. Link in bio to book 🤍
