Grateful to be able to flow & connect deeply with this soon to be earth angel before I no longer have you all to myself 🥰

I am grateful for my past for I feel I can truly give this babe a different life than I had and pass down all the good. A healed one. Not that I am not grateful for mine, but a new start.

I cannot wait to see my momma in you💙

G R O W T H 🌿
…some days I step on my mat & my body is super stiff… telling me my practice is about to be a little difficult, I’ll have to push & work (mentally & physically) to feel my strength & flexibility, my confidence in my practice.
…when I first started yoga this was the hardest part. I wanted to hop on my mat and already be strong & flexible. The work to get their didn’t feel good & I didn’t feel confident in the beginning. I felt weak and heavy.
…I learned on my journey I get to choose how I feel towards something & I can can change my mindset to work towards my desired outcome.
…now I get excited & love to see, feel and conquer the challenges I face when I get on my mat. Some days it’s simply just getting on it.
…Find excitement and gain confidence in the journey in your flow, each time revisiting a yoga pose and feeling the progress each time during your flow.
…seeing and feeling the difference 1 simple hour with yourself and awareness can do. Strength info not only the body, but the mind too 🌿💚

Today/this week has been another test for me. Waking up missing you the tough way again, and not so much the positive-confident way.

I needed to feel you differently again, i needed to release & talk to you, feel you.

…i walk up and see beautiful-vibrant, colorful flowers for the FIRST TIME in 10 years. Once again she reminded me that she’s still here with me. I am not alone.
