Day 18 post hip replacement., Taught group sessions this past week with modifications. Today.. 30 minute upper body and first day on the elliptical! Level 5/resistance 8..working my way back to 12/20!!!

Day 13 post hip replacement. Upper body circuit and walked 3 miles! 3,000 steps more to 10,000. No pain, no gait issue, no meds...I feel GOOD!!!
