🎃 A little more info about Tent or Treat at PALL! ⚾

We’re excited to see everyone at Tent or Treat on Saturday, October 31st, from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM at Princess Anne Little League!

Here’s what families can expect:

Bring a tent, canopy, or table and set up your candy spot wherever there’s room—on the grass or the concrete. We’d love to have lots of fun, decorated spots for the kids to visit!
Players and siblings can trick-or-treat while the games are going on. Come in costume, enjoy the games, and make your way around to collect candy.
Feel free to decorate your tent or setup and bring candy to hand out. Please keep your space safe and make sure walkways and playing areas stay clear.
You don’t have to make it a big production—just come out, have fun, and enjoy a Halloween afternoon with our PALL families!

We’ll share any additional details as we get closer. We can’t wait to see everyone out at the fields! 👻

⚾️❤️ A Little Reminder About Sportsmanship in Little League ❤️⚾️

Youth sports are about so much more than winning games. They’re about learning respect, teamwork, accountability, and how to handle disappointment when things don’t go our way.
One of the hardest lessons for kids to learn is that how you carry yourself when you're frustrated says more about your character than how you act when you're winning.

Poor sportsmanship, disrespect toward teammates, arguing, taunting, or putting others down should never be brushed off as “just kids being kids.” These are teachable moments, and it's our job as adults to help our children understand why their actions matter.

Every child will make mistakes. Every child will have moments of frustration. That's part of growing up. But learning to take responsibility, show respect, and treat others the way they want to be treated is just as important as learning how to throw, hit, or catch a ball.

As parents, coaches, and supporters, we have to remember that our children are watching how we respond to adversity, too. We can't expect them to demonstrate respect if we don't model it ourselves.

Teach them that it's okay to be competitive, but it's never okay to be cruel. It's okay to be disappointed, but it's not okay to disrespect others. And it's okay to want to win, but winning should never come at the expense of kindness or character.
The goal isn't just to raise better athletes. It's to raise better human beings.

The scoreboard won't matter forever. The habits, attitudes, and character they develop along the way absolutely will.
Let's hold our kids accountable with love, correct them when necessary, and remind them that representing their team means something. Because sportsmanship isn't just part of the game — it's part of who we are. ❤️⚾️

⚾🥎 Happy National Coaches Day! 🥎⚾

Today, Princess Anne Little League would like to take a moment to recognize and thank all of our amazing coaches!

Coaching is about so much more than teaching the game. It’s about showing up, putting in the time, encouraging our players, building their confidence, teaching teamwork, and being someone they can look up to—both on and off the field.

To every coach who has spent countless hours at practices, games, clinics, and behind the scenes: THANK YOU! Your dedication and commitment make a lasting difference in the lives of our players.

From everyone at Princess Anne Little League, we appreciate everything you do for our players, families, and league!
