The Progressive International Motorcycle Shows ended its 2017/18 seven city nation-wide tour in the Nation's Capital just in time to help get riders amped to roll into the new riding season strong.
Show features included the Grease & Gears Garage, Kid's Zone Presented by All State, Adventure Out with global 2-wheel traveler Tiffani Burkett, the Progressive Parlor with pro air-brush tats by Ace of Face, the new lifestyle inspired section SHIFT, the high-flying acrobatic stunts of the Metal Mulisha Fitz Army, vintage machines, the marketplace, vendors, manufactures and of course the J&P Cycles Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show.
The show kicked off Friday with a line of attendees anxiously awaiting to be among the first to feed their 2 wheel appetites with the show's features and the crowded kept rolling in throughout with weekend including buses of attendees from Philly, Delaware and neighboring mid-Atlantic cities including custom bike show competitors from Richmond to New Jersey.
As before, it was our pleasure to link with SportBikes Inc Magazine to inject our style and influence within the show featuring a custom Jokerslingshot owned by David Harich, the wicked Freak Show drag bike by Custom Rocketz Shane Hull and Bagger Boyz with their custom big wheel bagger "Big Blue" painted by Artistic Creations Kustoms representing big in the custom bike show.
Capping off the show were the highly anticipated awards with People's Choice Award going to Legacy Baggers with their head-turning softail "Solo Cholo" painted by Xecution Style, Karns Kustoms took home the Hot Bike Magazine Editors Choice Award, the Best Bagger going to Maurice Benson with his immaculate Road King, Whirled of Color snagged the Sho Dog award. The Modified Class winner went to Harley-Davidson of Washington, DC for their beautifully crafted new school vintage bobber, and the big money winner, the Free Style Class going to Irons Customs to name a few.
