Founded in 1977 to fulfill the need for a year-round specialty retailer of "Action Sports" equipment, we have 2 conveniently located and locally owned stores in Virginia Beach and Newport News, VA. We pride ourselves on having a knowledgeable staff of people that are active participants in the Skiing, Snowboarding and Wakeboarding worlds. Being a specialty shop, we have first-hand experience and education with the equipment we sell, which gives the customer an experience that is unmatched by other retailers.

Our friends at Helly Hansen and came in and gave a large section of our sales floor a complete makeover—and WOW. 🤩

They now have a prime spot in the shop with beautiful lighting, custom displays, and plenty of room to show off their gear.

October is here, which means the whole crew is back in the shop! 🎿🏂 AND our infamous October SALE, the SNOWTOBERFEST, starts THIS Friday!

We’re officially back in winter mode and everything is ready for another ski and snowboard season. We’re more than ready to see all of you again and get you set up with discounted gear this weekend.

Okay… this is a little spooky to us. 👀🎃

We haven’t seen this part of the shop this empty in decades.

Before anyone starts wondering what’s going on: we’re NOT closing, we’re NOT moving, and nothing is wrong. 😂

We’re just making some room for something new. 🛠️

There’s a little remodeling happening behind the scenes, and we’re pretty excited about what’s coming. For a ski and snowboard shop that’s been in Virginia Beach since 1977, seeing this space cleared out feels a little strange… and honestly, pretty exciting.

We’ve got the 686 Smarty Magnetic Goggle Packs in the shop, and these are a pretty handy addition to your snow gear.

They come with a magnetic lens swap system, so you can change lenses as conditions change, plus anti-fog, 100% UV protection, triple-layer foam, helmet compatibility, and more. And yep, a second lens is included. 🙌

Because we all know mountain weather can’t always make up its mind. Sunny one minute, cloudy the next… having options is a good thing.
