This flow — Three-Legged Dog → Warrior 1 → Plank → Upward Dog → Downward Dog

Is the foundation.

Body, mind, and breath start working together.

Where you can move with awareness, you’re not demanding fancy poses.

I often find beauty, and strength, in the simple mindful movement.

Expect with this flow will:

✅ Align your energy
✅ Build a deeper connection with yourself
