Good afternoon all! We hope that you are enjoying your summer! Seems like it always goes by way too quickly. With that said, Iit's that time of the year again to get our equipment put away until spring. We would SO appreciate as many hands on deck as possible to help with this task! We are planning on 6:00 tonight. It really goes smoothly and fairly quickly (less than 45 minutes) if we have lots of bodies there to help! Please plan on meeting down at the track at 6:00 tonight. It’s Summer Track Time!

VHS coaches will lead a fun summer track program on Monday evenings beginning next week on June 30. The program is free and open to all students residing in the Viroqua School District. All children regardless of experience or ability are welcome and encouraged to join us this summer.

Mondays from 6-6:55 PM: Pre-k through 5th grade
Mondays from 7 PM to 8 PM: Grades 6 and higher

The program is being offered by the VHS track team and will be led by VHS coaches. More details in the info sheet below.

If you ordered a state shirt with the second round order but have not yet received it, they can be picked up in the HS/MS office.

For anyone that ordered shirts from our second round of state shirts, we will have them at the track tonight for our equipment put away party! Come help get things put away quick, have a dilly bar and pick up your shirts! See you tonight!

Parents and athletes: Tonight from 6-7, we will be putting our equipment away for the season. If you are able to lend a hand it would be much appreciated. With a good crew it takes less than an hour. Hope to see you all there! Thanks for a wonderful season!

We are looking at doing another state t-shirt order for anyone that may have missed our first order because it was such a tight timeline and we weren't able to do an online store or those that may want to order more. What can we say about the performance that these athletes put on at the State Championship Meet this past weekend??? These kids showed up ready to lay it all on the line and put their absolutely best foot forward!!! A huge congrats to all of our state ahtletes!!! Alana placed 2ND in the 100m hurdles and 5TH in the 300m hurdles setting a new school record!!! The boys 4X200m relay placed 4TH and boys 4X400m relay placed 5TH setting new school records in both of those racing!!! It was truly inspiring to watch all of the hard work and dedication of these kids pay off in a huge way!!! Congrats to everyone on a great season!!! They are not done... stay tuned!!! 🖤🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡
