I’m the only one that can say if something feels off, and that’s why I’m not doing it

OR if I’m actually scared & *creatively* procrastinating.

No one else can truly identify the difference except you.

Discernment is everything.

Ironic story time: 4 months ago I was preparing to launch a mini course and the topic was on overcoming procrastination. But I could feel there was more and I was forcing something. It didn’t feel right. That’s the only way I could describe it. And I had to really discern within myself. Part of me was like “WAIT A MINUTE…is this a trap??? Am I lying to myself?”

But no. It was my intuition. It needed time to breath and simmer without my eyes staring at it, demanding it pay rent to be there, demanding it change lives & yet it wasn’t even created yet. It was still in bits and pieces of post It’s and notebooks.

The part of the program I did complete is now being used in the program that IS in alignment and coming to life from a place of excitement, not force/desperation.

I think we will always be learning to discern for the rest of our life.

As we get older we change. Our beliefs change. Our experiences change. And change is transformational even when it feels like heartbreak.

Im hosting a free workshop for sensitive souls to get s**t done & make themself proud. This includes the energy you’re coming from when you make decisions. I’ll be sharing a way to check with your body if something is intuitive knowing or fear.

Hi new friends!! 👋 I’m Kelsey!

I’ve created this page to help other sensitive souls feel at peace with who they are, get s**t done & show up for their artistic goals.⁣

AND expressing myself through story telling here & the podcast is like medicine for me 💕

I’ve been on a Self Love journey since 2014⁣

I found myself in a toxic relationship, confused, burned out from working 70 hours a week & I felt trapped. I later learned about trauma bonds & codependency and i was living a textbook scenario of mental abuse. But i didn’t know it was abuse - i just thought I was the problem until my friend helped me see i was being manipulated.⁣

My grandma died suddenly and my world turned upside down.⁣

All of a sudden I felt immense clarity & strength through the raw pain of grief.⁣

I realized that I was going to die one day & I despised the state of my life/relationships/health. ⁣

Within months I quite my job, moved to Costa Rica and traveled Latin America teaching English.⁣

Over the past 8 years I’ve studied personal development, meditation, emotional intelligence, spiritual healing, and the roots of people pleasing and procrastination.⁣

It started off as my own self inquiry & discovery and evolved into mentorship & eventually a coaching biz in 2018.⁣

I started coaching corporate managers and the basics of strategic goal setting as my intro into the coaching world.⁣

The pendulum swung and I left that business and started teaching Self Love & Empowerment to women.⁣

Now in 2022, I’m bringing the two together & supporting the feminine energy you need to express while also helping you create the masculine structure you need to feel held in your goals & dreams.⁣

We need both ☯️ ⁣

My intention is to share valuable stories + info that give you the tools to make yourself proud as a sensitive soul!!⁣

Every. Single. Time. 🌝 also- for my Astro friends, what does it mean when the full moon is in cancer and MY moon is also in cancer?! Am I good? Lol.

But for real if the moon can pull the oceans tide’s in and out, then it definitely pull on our emotions. After all we’re mostly made up of water.

Something else I feel compelled to share - I can measure my hormone health based off the moon. When I am feeling my best and healthiest, I sync up with the moon. I bleed on the full moon and ovulate on the new moon or vise versa.

Currently I’m not synced up with the moon and that’s okay. It lines back up with the moon eventually. The past couple months have been a lot of ups and downs, emotions, business changes and my body is doing it very best. So I give it love and do my best to love it with my words and actions.

HAPPY FULL MOON 🌕 don’t forget that tears are healing medicine and big girls do cry 💕

Keeping my s**t clean used to be my biggest struggle. I’m still messy but not nearly as bad as it used to be.

I couldn’t slow my brain down to actually do it & it felt less important.⁣

But when I did get myself to clean, I deep cleaned everything with detail and precision!! Hyper focused. Then I wouldn’t touch it for months because my focus was on something else. Out of sight, out of mind. Anyone else?? 😂⁣

Learning to clean and tidy up is a mindfulness practice.⁣

I’ve paid people to help me clean and organized since I was 20. I would pay friends to do my laundry while I overworked. Or it would sit in a sea of forgotten clothes 🤣⁣

I’ve had house cleaners especially during peak times of my biz. ⁣

But when I lived in Costa Rica in 2014, I remember sweeping and cleaning feeling like a self love ritual.⁣

⚡️ I felt so relaxed that I actually enjoyed cleaning because I didn’t feel guilty for not doing something else.⁣

This is the key - PERMISSION TO SLOW DOWN.⁣

I remind myself constantly “this is worth your time. You don’t need to rush. You have all the time you need. Breathe”⁣

The Universe knew my next challenge was learning to go slow & nest.⁣

All of my 20’s I was obsessed with novelty, newness, new places and movement.⁣

Part of me wants everyday to be an adventure, the other part of me wants everyday to be a ritual ☯️ ⁣

In order to do that we need presence ⚡️⁣

- presence in the moment ⁣

- relaxed nervous system & feeling of safety⁣

- trust that you can get a lot done by focusing on 1 thing⁣

- just start. Start messy. ⁣

If you’re a messy creative type like me… I feel you!!! Start with making the bed each day & notice how u feel 💥 ⁣
