doza_ and competed at masters nationals this weekend with Jess hitting some PRs and Doza getting 3rd!!

ran the Visalia half marathon and pushed throw adversity to get a huge PR! (Didn’t hurt at all…barely felt it 😉)

Our Winter Fitness Camp is designed for competitive middle and high school athletes who want to stay strong, fast, and game-ready during winter break.

Athletes will train with structured workouts that build strength, speed, endurance, and agility, helping them return to their teams confident and prepared.

Parents: this is a safe, supportive, and professionally guided environment focused on proper training, effort, and accountability.

The second coolest person in the gym was born today! Make sure to send her good vibes on this most special of days!!

Great week(and change)for the rodeo crew!! Months and months of hard work paid off and everyone came home with some hardware!

The OG of the group rode beautifully and battled back like a champ to show his strength of mind, body and character to win the last 2 rounds in spectacular fashion! We only get better as the week goes on and fatigue sets in for the other competitors and that was on full display for the world to see! On top of his own stellar performance, this past year he’s given his time, knowledge and effort into helping develop and guide the best up and comer of the event…

The breakout star of the rodeo was .james99 He went from a relative unknown(except to us)to finishing 3rd in the world! This past year he’s grown leaps and bounds as an athlete and continues to remain a fantastic human being along the way! Now let’s all hold him accountable and not let that head get too big this next year…besides now everyone knows your name and they’ll be coming for you!

Sport provides some of the highest highs and lowest lows and how we deal with them is the true test of who we are. .sellars came into this competition with some setbacks and in spite of everything showed everyone that even not at his best he has the talent to compete and win amongst the best in world! A true example of overcoming obstacles and an excellent display of what a great man is!

It has truly been an honor and a privilege to work with this group this past season! They showed up (on cowboy time 😜) every day ready to work hard and never complained no matter what was asked of them! Working never felt like work with them and for that I’m grateful. What do you say we do it again next year?? Except let’s win it all this time around…

PS…HUGE shoutout to .holman and for their support of these boys. We all know that without you two they wouldn’t be anywhere near where they are! Besides they need someone to have a reason to look good for haha! (And to keep Coops head on straight…) these ladies worked along side them every day and I’ve been saying since the beginning they’re the sleepers of the group…next year we’ll all be chasing them!
