**WORKOUT WEDNESDAY 💪 (30 MINUTES – THAT’S IT)**
No gym.
No complicated plan.
Just dumbbells + bodyweight.
Here’s a simple workout you can do TODAY 👇
**⏱ 30-Min Full Body Workout**
Complete 3–4 rounds:
1️⃣ Dumbbell Squats – 10–12 reps
2️⃣ Dumbbell Rows – 10–12 reps
3️⃣ Russian Twists – 20 reps
4️⃣ Bird Dogs – 10 each side
5️⃣ Single Leg Bridges – 10 each side
👉 Rest 60–90 seconds between rounds
That’s it.
Simple. Effective. Repeatable.
