Been saying I was going to share this for a while, is an amazing way to practice with partners in keeping connection while doing techniques. What is Tai Sabaki, it is a way of maneuvering the body in order to both avoid a strike whilst at the same time positioning oneself into a position to execute a counter/pre-emptive strike.

This is why a do this at the beginning of every class.

Greetings all, Starting this month more specifically March 13. We will be adding a Friday weapons only class from 730pm-830pm. Hope to see some of you there.
