Grief touches all of us—whether through the loss of a beloved person or pet, the ending of a relationship, or a significant life transition. Yet despite being a universal experience, grief is often something we carry quietly and may not know how to navigate.

Join Vanessa Wolverton, RYT & Death Doula, for a compassionate afternoon of movement, reflection, sharing, and sound healing. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to honor our experiences, process emotions, and find moments of connection and relief.
