VBA Taipans 12u Blue in their last tournament before Cooperstown (Week 3 All Star Village) went 3-1 and were runners up in the AAU tournament up in Clemente. Great job!

Memorial Weekend marks the last weekend of games and practices for most VBA Taipans teams.
We had four teams playing this weekend in the NCS San Diego Memorial Weekend 3 day event. All 4 teams made it to Monday's games by finishing in the top 4 after seeding games.
12u Blue made it to the championship and won.
11u Blue and 9u Blue were also in the championship game and were the tournament runners up. 10u Blue seeded 1st but lost in the semi-final but played some exciting baseball this weekend.
VBA had a solid weekend of baseball all around. Most VBA tournament teams plaued 5-6 games in the 3 days.
Next up: 12u Blue Cooperstown starting on June 11th, then 12u Black Cooperstown starting on June 17th.
2025/26 was another great season of baseball for all VBA teams. Now it is time to take a step back from baseball, rest the arm, and enjoy the summer break!
VBA tryouts are on July 12th at Brengle Park in Vista for new players.
Great job, and a big thanks to all the VBA players, coaches, and families for another fun filled VBA season!
VBA will be back at it in August after tryouts for our 14th year!
