Today marks a significant milestone as we celebrate four years of dedication, growth, and transformation. From our very first session to now, it’s been an incredible journey, and I am immensely grateful for each and every one of you who has been a part of it.

To our athletes: Your commitment, hard work, and determination inspire me every day. Whether you’re a youth athlete just starting or a seasoned competitor, watching you grow and achieve your goals has been the greatest reward. 💪

To my fellow coaches and support staff: Thank you for your unwavering dedication and teamwork. Together, we have built a community that empowers athletes to reach their full potential.

Join us for a special celebration! 🎉 We’re excited to invite everyone to our 4-year anniversary and Friendsgiving party on November 10, 2024! Come attend a mobility and Lower Body Resilience class at 11 AM led by Dr. Katie Serrano, and then stay to enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, and watch some football here at Odyssey!

🚨 NEW COACH ALERT 🚨 WELCOME COACH AHMED TO THE ODYSSEY!

Question 1. What is your sports background and what is your favorite thing about the sport/sports
Answer - I have played sports my whole life. I started playing soccer but switched to football in my high school years. Most recently I kicked with the Washington Commanders, but I have been with many professional teams. I also played tennis and basketball growing up. My favorite thing about sports is the fact that it’s a game! There’s a bunch of different ways to play sports and be good at them and I think that’s awesome.

Question 2. What is your favorite thing about San Diego
Answer -
My favorite thing about San Diego has got to be the weather. It is just about always nice out and I love to be outdoors so that’s probably my favorite thing.

Question 3. What is your favorite restaurant in San Diego
Answer -
I have eaten out a lot in San Diego, my favorite restaurant right now is Kai Ola Sushi in Leucadia.

Question 4. If you could do any job in the world, what would it be?
Answer -
At the present moment, I’d love to kick footballs in the NFL. But, if it’s any job in the world, I’d love to manage a professional soccer team that plays in the premier league.

The 40-yard dash is a standard measure of straight-line speed and acceleration, important for assessing performance in sports like football, where quick bursts of speed are crucial.
