The 6 AM class at North Coast Jiu Jitsu used to be just a handful of early risers getting in some quiet rolls before the day started. Now, the mats are full, and the room has an easy buzz as everyone warms up and drills together. It’s gone from a sleepy little session to a fun, busy crew that kicks off the morning with good energy. ☕️ 🥋
