Join us this Monday (5/30) as we honor our heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Come workout between 8-10 am. Try to be at the gym no later than 9 am to get the workout done by 10 am.

With weighted vest (optional)
- 1 Mile Run
- 100 Pull Up
- 200 Push Up
- 300 Air Squat
- 1 Mile Run
In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor". From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Memorial Day is almost here!
We will be running Murph on Memorial Day May 31. Murph will be run on an open gym style.
As many of you know, the Hancocks are moving to Texas soon. So stick around after the workout for a going away party for them! They will make an appearance at both gyms. Itโs potluck style, so bring something to share and a chair.
Carlsbad hours are 8:30-10:30am
Vista hours are 8-10am
