We had such a wonderful evening filled with beautiful jewelry, delicious refreshments, lots of laughs, and great company! 🥂💕

A special thank you to Mandi and Rhonda for providing the delicious refreshments and helping make the evening extra special! 🥰

And a HUGE thank you to Tristen Howell for bringing her talent to MCC and creating such beautiful permanent jewelry for everyone! ✨💍 We absolutely loved seeing everyone leave with a little sparkle to take home!

Monday night, Her Fairway Social hosted a fun 4-Lady, 9-Hole Scramble at Huntington Park Golf Course in Shreveport—and the MCC ladies showed up ready to play! 🙌🏌️‍♀️

We had TWO teams proudly representing Monterey Country Club! ❤️

What an AMAZING day we had at our Monterey Country Club LGA Kids Day – Fairways & Fun! ⛳️🎉

The kids had an absolute blast learning and playing golf, enjoying delicious pizza, having fun with Bingo, and cooling off in the pool. There were so many smiles, laughs, and memories made throughout the day!

Your time, energy, and enthusiasm made all the difference, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

☀️🥵 Heat Wins This Round! 🥵☀️

After reaching out to our Tuesday night ladies, the majority agreed that the Louisiana heat is just a little too intense to battle on the golf course this evening!

⛳ Tonight’s MCC Ladies Tuesday Night Scramble has been canceled.

We’ll let Mother Nature claim this victory and save our swings for some cooler weather. 😉 Stay inside if you can, drink plenty of water, and keep cool!

We can’t wait to see everyone back on the course next Tuesday for an evening of golf, laughs, and fun! 💕🏌️‍♀️

The MCC LGA would love to shout out and say thank you to Mandi Burton for taking the time to decorate the ladies lounge. Her vision she had became reality and it looks beautiful! We would also like to thank Mike VanSchoick and General Wholesale for supplying the pampas grass and topiary. So excited to have a full functioning ladies lounge that we can enjoy. If you see Mandi, please be sure to thank her for all her hard work and time she put in to doing this. Here are the before and after pics.

📝 Please sign up by Sunday, July 19, at 5:00 PM.
🙋‍♀️ Volunteers are needed! If you’d like to help, please contact an LGA board member.

🛋️ Ladies Lounge Update
Our Ladies Lounge is getting a makeover! We’re looking for a couch or loveseat to complete the space. If you know of one available for donation or at a reasonable price, please let one of the board members know.

🎉 LGA Committees
We’re excited to begin organizing Decorating and Events committees! Mandi Burton has agreed to head these committees. If you’d like to be involved with one or both, please reach out to Mandi.

🏌️‍♀️ Tuesday Night Ladies Scramble Rules
The membership voted to adopt the following:
• Team leaders will be selected by random draw.
• Team leaders will then draw players for their teams.
• In the event of a tie, there will be no playoff.
• Prize money from tied scrambles will be placed into our “Minnie Mouse Fund.”

Tuesday, August 4, 2026, before the Tuesday Night Ladies Scramble.
