💖WE LOVE OUR INSTRUCTORS💖

Behind every class, every smile, every encouraging word, and every moment you feel like you belong, there’s an instructor who has chosen to pour a little piece of their heart into YOU. 🥹
Our instructors give us so much more than an hour of movement. They give us a place to feel seen, a reason to keep showing up, the courage to believe in ourselves, and a community that feels like family.
And while they may never fully realize the impact they have on the lives that walk through our doors, we hope this month reminds them just how deeply they are loved. 💕
Throughout November, we invite YOU to help us celebrate the incredible hearts behind REFIT Studio. We’ll be sharing special opportunities all month long to show our instructors just how much they mean to us, so keep an eye out for ways to join in!
Because the people who spend so much time lifting others up deserve to feel lifted up, too.
To our instructors: You are seen. You are valued. You are loved. And this month, we celebrate YOU. 💛🪩
