Jumping back in. My dad passed a few months ago and I haven’t been around. Mourning is more than it seems. I am coming back around and if you want yoga I have Wednesday and Friday nights at 6. Message me with questions.

Tonight my daughter had an award ceremony so no yoga this evening. See y’all Wednesday at 6 P.M.

Tonight, ballet with a side yoga 🙂 I will be offering a free yoga session at 5, In the kids worship room. The yoga is open to all, not just for the ballet parents.
