For those that were not aware, there is a new bow shop opening up in McGregor. The Grand Opening event is this weekend, so make sure to go check it out!

A big thank you to all of the crew from Huaco Bowmen Archery Club for hosting the TSAA State Field Championship! The range was in great shape and the concession stand did not disappoint! We appreciate not only what yall did this weekend but everything you do for the sport if archery.

Look what made the NFAA news! Thank you Jeremy and Mike for teaming up to get this started and for all our volunteers who show up to make this possible! The club couldn’t operate without the help of our volunteers and this is a great example of how our club is supporting this sport!

Bringing Orange Dots to Texas Texas already has a strong and diverse archery community, with heavy participation in indoor, field, 3D, and other established disciplines.

Thank you all who joined us for our 3rd annual Orange dot! We had over $900 cash paid out this weekend! Congratulations to our shooters for some awesome scores turned in! I don’t have a “pretty” typed image of the scores but it’s posted in the pictures.

A heads up if you’re planning to join us today; there is a spring bike race and the road is showing closed. Please let the officer know you are coming to the archery club and they’ll let you through.

Huaco Bowmen membership dues run from February through February. The gate code has been updated for 2026, and new codes will be shared once membership payments have been confirmed.
