I used to suck at manifesting and goal setting... until real estate gave me a reason to dream bigger.🏡💭

We started small - single-family rentals, cash flow, cash-out refis - and leveraged it all into something greater.

Fast forward a few years... we now own 100 acres in the Texas Hill Country. Some of the best memories have been made out here - hunting trips, disconnecting from the grind, reconnecting with family. Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it.🙏

The vision? Keep expanding - Hill Country to the Gulf Coast.

It’s Texas law to stop at certain stores when you’re passing through. Headed into the Hill Country to sharpen some iron with some of my tribe.

Early mornin Rowdy Ruck with the oldest. Jumped a group of pigs like a covey of quail and now he’s hooked for life. I could feel his heart thumping through the pack as he eagerly told me to take after them. Hope to have many of those memories ahead.

The doe patrol team bumped into this strange looking critter somewhere in the middle of west Tx. An old warrior he was.

Pro Dad tip: throw some thread lock on those cheap toy assembly screws to keep them from continuously loosening.
Not So Pro Dad tip: Don’t use a water soluble product, and if Rocksett is used, don’t EVER plan on getting that piece loosened.

Side note : I used the wrong screws. Hope hardware store is open.
