Revelation Wellness is based out of Phoenix AZ but they are hitting the road again (finally!) and will be in Shakopee this spring for a two day “Rev on the Road” event!! I would love it if you would join me!!

Join our next book study group beginning this Thursday! All women welcome! 7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall at Trinity Waconia. We are going to be reading “Breaking Free of Body Shame” by Jess Connolly! 20-30 minute group workout followed by group discussion of the book!

Last night we finished up our fall book, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘙𝘰𝘰𝘮: 𝘗𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵. To say we have grown as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, striving to clothe ourselves with the virtues of kindness, humility, compassion, and patience is an understatement! Plus we got a little more physically fit too 😉

We would love for you to join us for our next session beginning in January! Book is TBD, but I promise you will experience fun, fellowship, fitness and grow in your faith! 💖

Fitness is hard!! And often messy!! But it’s always a good idea to keep trying! You can do hard things, We get our strength from the Lord! 🙌🏻
