6 YEARS ON MAIN STREET!
Six years on Main Street has gone by in a FLASH, and I truly couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve built here at Shape It Up. (We celebrated this mile stone in July but....Summer )

What started as a dream has grown into so much more than a fitness studio. It’s a community. It’s a place where women show up for themselves, cheer each other on, laugh, sweat, celebrate, and sometimes just need a place to escape the chaos for an hour.
Thr best part? I get to be a part of it every single day.
I get to work out alongside some of the most amazing women, surrounded by an incredible staff of badass women who pour their hearts into this place. They make Shape It Up what it is, and I am so damn grateful for every one of them.
Six years. Thousands of workouts. Countless friendships. So many memories. And somehow, it still feels like we’re just getting started.
Thank you, Waconia, for continuing to show up, support local, and let us do what we love.
